Our learning intention this term is to learn to write a narrative with the purpose of entertaining the reader. At YPS we use Seven Steps to Writing Success to learn how to write text types. The lessons below are designed to last a term. Each lesson should last between 1-2 weeks. Your writing assessment is on the Assessment page.

- Write your thoughts on ‘What makes a good story’, talking about your ‘Offline Adventure’ story, and ‘The Dare’
- Pick one of the story endings, and add it to your own story.
- Then write your whole story, but leave two empty lines between each line you write.
